Sometimes you finish the yoke (the upper part) of your sweater, and then decide that maybe double stranding worsted weight yarn on a US8 needle wasn’t the best idea, so you rip the entire thing out, start over with a single strand and US7 needles, and are much happier with the results.

Then, sometimes you spend an entire Sunday reknitting the ripped sweater and watching documentaries on the National Geographic Channel.

And sometimes you get to work Monday morning, and wish you were at home, knitting peaceful garter stitch.
